Financial Policy:

Cost for the 30-week academic year is $2500 for K-8th grades. There are three options for payment. Option one is to make a one-time payment in full of $2500 (or full tuition) due August 1. Option two is to make two payments of $1250 (or half of cost) due July 1 and January 1. Option three is to make ten monthly payments of $250 (or 10% of cost) due the 1st of each month from July-April. Please choose your preferred payment option on the enrollment application at the time of registration. Any payment received after the 7th of the month that it is due will be subject to a $25 late fee. A discount of 15% will be applied to all other siblings from the same family after paying in full for one (oldest) student. An enrollment/curriculum fee of $175 per K-2 grade student, $225 per 3-4 grade student, and $275 per 5-8 grade student is due at the time of registration. This fee is non-refundable and is required within seven (7) days of submitting your application in order to secure each student’s enrollment status. The estimated average cost for your at-home curriculum purchased by you is $200. This estimate is based on our recommendations for at-home study. The actual at-home cost is ultimately dependent upon your choices for the at-home curriculum that best suits your family. All payments are to be made by cash or check only. Checks are to be made payable to Grace Alliance Academy and can be either dropped off at school on school days or mailed to 12519 High Meadow Drive, East Stroudsburg, PA 18302 (please note: the mailing address is not the same as the physical address of GAA). There is a $25 fee for returned checks. In the event of withdrawal, we require notice in writing. You will be financially responsible for the prorated tuition at the time of withdrawal plus $200. For those who have paid ahead, you will be refunded for any amount received in excess to the withdrawal policy total.

Education Policy:

Because of our smaller size and minimal time spent on site, we are currently unable to provide additional resources to students requiring advanced special assistance while attending. However, because of the flexibility of our program and our team approach to education, we are able to accommodate a wider scope of learning for each grade level through interchangeable math, reading, and language arts groups.

Admissions Policy:

Grace Alliance Academy admits students of any race, color, national or ethnic origin. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national or ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarships, and any school-administered programs. Each class must reach its minimum required number of students in order to meet. Any student registered for a class that cannot meet due to low enrollment will be refunded their enrollment fee immediately upon class cancellation. When the maximum number of students per class is reached, that class will be labeled as full and all future applications for that class will be placed on a waitlist on a first come first serve basis. No enrollment fee will be charged to a waitlisted applicant. The enrollment fee will be due immediately in the event of filling an opening.

Volunteer Policy:

Each family will be responsible for fulfilling 8-12 on-site volunteer hours per year along with helping in one other area of need. Volunteer choices will be selected from a list assembled and administered by Grace Alliance Academy. Volunteer options list many opportunities and areas to serve including, but not limited to, fundraising, cleaning, providing skillsets for enrichment classes, paperwork, library runs, coordinators, party planning, etc.
